I have been to a lot of churches since I began touring to promote Was America Founded as a Christian Nation? A Historical Introduction. It has been a lot of fun. I am convinced that local congregations need to be having the kinds of conversations that my book and other books raise about the relationship between Christianity and the American Republic, both in the eighteenth century and today.
But today I want to say thanks to the churches I have not visited who have been using my book in Sunday School classes and adult forums. I also want to thank the pastors and church leaders who have recommended it to their congregations. Here are a few:
Hillcrest Baptist Church of Mobile, Alabama
The United Church of San Juans, Ridgeway, Colorado
Alexandria Presbyterian Church, Alexandria, Virginia
Saint Mark's Lutheran Church, Charlotte, North Carolina
First Presbyterian Church, Deland, Florida
First Presbyterian Church, Lawrenceville, NJ
First Baptist Church, Hazard, Kentucky
First Presbyterian Church, Nashville, Tennessee
Fellowship Bible Church, Hillsborough, New Jersey
I am sure I missed some. If your church is not on the list please let me know and I will add your church to the list.

We used it at Fellowship Bible Church in Hillsborough, NJ in our 2012 Summer Sunday School session.
Thanks, Bill. I added FBC-Hillsborough to the post.
