Lance Armstrong Confesses His Sins...TO OPRAH!

Yes, you read that correctly.  According to this article, disgraced bicycle racer Lance Armstrong is scheduled to ask Oprah for forgiveness on January 17, 2013.  (As far as I can tell, the article is not from The Onion).  I wonder if Oprah will grant forgiveness?

I am sure that Kathryn Lofton, author of Oprah: The Gospel of an Icon, has something to say about this.
