Why Women Should Not Vote, Circa 1916

I just came across this document posted at the Facebook page of the National Women's History Museum.  It is from 1916.  (HT: Michael Hattem via FB).

What caught my eye on this is what appears to be a union printing bug at the bottom.

Their arguments are that women have enough responsibility without adding the ballot to their burden, giving women the vote is undemocratic, that men haven’t been able to fix things with the vote and adding women to the rolls is no guarantee they will do any better, etc. It must have sounded like rubbish even back in 1916!
