Conference: "The Worlds of Billy Graham"

ISAE Conference: The Worlds of Billy Graham
Sept. 26-28, 2013
Wheaton College/Wheaton, IL

Billy Graham was the undoubted lynchpin that held the modern evangelical movement together.  Graham's 60+-year career provides a unique lens through which to examine American religion as well as the larger story of 20th-century American cultural and political history.  The Institute for the Study of American Evangelicals (ISAE) at Wheaton College will host a conference in Wheaton on Sept. 26-28 that will bring together scholars and former Graham associates to examine and discuss the career, ministry, and legacy of America's premier evangelist.  Participants will include John Akers, Edith Blumhofer, Darren Dochuk, Curtis Evans, Jean Graham Ford, Leighton Ford, Grant Wacker and more.  For information or to register, go to  http://isaebillygraham2013.eventbrite.com/#>, or email the Institute at isae@wheaton.edu<mailto:isae@wheaton.edu>>.
