Perhaps the better question is "who's NOT going?" Since I started graduate school in 1994 I can't remember a bigger and more important conference on the American Revolution. I hope to see you all in Philadelphia this weekend for The American Revolution Reborn: New Perspectives for the Twenty-First Century. Check out the program to get a feel for the intellectual firepower that will be present for this event. I am just going to sit back and soak it all in.
I will be at the Presbyterian Historical Society with Megan and Brianna (my trusty summer research assistants) for most of the day tomorrow and then we will head over to hear Jane Kamensky and Edward Gray get the ball rolling at the opening session.
I also hope to blog and tweet the conference. Has anyone established a hashtag yet?
