3rd Biennial Conference on Religion and American Culture

It is going on right now in Indianapolis.  This biennial conference sponsored by the Center for the Study of Religion & American Culture at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) brings some of the top names in American religious studies together to reflect on the state of the field.  This year's speakers include Jon Butler, John Schmalzbauer, John Corrigan, Tracy Leavelle, Marie Griffiths, Ed Linenthal. Matt Hedstrom, Mark Noll, Kathryn Lofton, and John McGreevy.

I am not at the conference, but I am following the proceedings on Twitter at #raac2013.  Chris Cantwell, Barton Price, Emily Clark, and Cara Burnidge are leading the charge.

I even heard that our Confessing History was mentioned this morning by Jon Butler.
