How Does *Books and Culture* Decide What Books to Review?

I have been fortunate to have my first three books reviewed at Books and Culture: A Christian Review.

Lauren Winner wrote a wonderful review of The Way of Improvement Leads Home: Philip Vickers Fithian and the Rural Enlightenment in America.

Paul Kemeny wrote a really positive review of Was America Founded as a Christian Nation?: A Historical Introduction.

And Alister Chapman wrote a mixed review of Confessing History: Exploration in Christian Faith and the Historian's Vocation.

Will Books and Culture review Why Study History?: Reflecting on the Importance of the Past?  I hope so, but as editor John Wilson says, "it's very subjective."

In this week's Books and Culture podcast, Wilson and Stan Guthrie talk about how books get reviewed in Books and Culture.  Listen here.
